New Thoughts...

Well, it's been a long time since I've been on this site. I guess I have been to busy with school and work to have time to sit down and write in my journal. After writing papers I don't believe that you want to sit at a computer and type...at least I don't. I ended the semester on a good note thought I finished with a 3.65 GPA (could have been higher if one of my professors weren't so bias on his exams. Next semester should present some challenges, but now that I am into the swing of things I believe it won't be so bad for me.

Blah....

I've been sitting at home reading most of the day and just getting into a good groove of how I want to handle things this semester. I have not worked out a study schedule yet, but I guess I will figure that out once I get the syllabus for my last class. My semester so far isn't too bad, I am just trying to figure out what readings I am going to do on what night. I need to run a tight schedule this semester because I have to finish this work from last semester so my grades can be submitted. Moreover, I need to insure that I excell this semester, my goal is to get A's in all my classes. I want to end the year with a good GPA. For the spring I want to focus all my attention on studying for the GRE and learning German so that by the fall I can take the placement test. I want to apply for the thesis program in next fall so I can get an early start on selecting a topic. Well, I better be getting back to this packet on slavery...its pretty depressing, so I want to get through most of it tonight. Until next time...TBC

Virgo

Just another manic Monday....

Well, it's that time of year again...the start of a new winter semester. Gosh, it seemed liked my vacation just flew by and I don't recall getting any rest or relaxation. If I wasn't running around with my mom and 2 nephews while they were visiting, I was in Ohio visiting with my girlfriend and her family, visiting the family in the DC area, or I was spending some much needed quality time with my boyfriend. Now that I have a semester in the hole of graduate school, I believe that I have finally gotten back into the groove of being back in school (after taking 2 years off to figure out my next move). I know this semester will be a tough one, but I also know that it will prove to be one of great success as well. My goal for the semester is to get all A's in my courses and be finish with all my previous work after the spring recess. I better be getting to bed...I want to start the day off with a good nights rest. Until next time...

Virgo

Nu to LJ

Hello All,

My roommate Rikhei hipped me to this site, well before we became roomies. We have been roomies for about five months now and I am finally getting around to setting things ups here. Well, just wanted to introduce myself and give a shot out to my roomie. Hopefully, I'll be as popular as she is...lol. Tschus (bye)

Virgo
